Lady on the phone seems rude, and impatient. Another reason I won’t come here anymore. Haircuts should be an easy going experience where you leave satisfied. You won’t get that here. Try the many locally owned barber shops in the area that offer a more pleasant, and personal experience.
Dropped my nephew off today for a hair cut. Just wanted to let you know how we appreciated being taken so close to closing time. Didn’t think we would make it but we did and his hair looks great! Let’s hope he gets the job he is going for! Thanks Miss Rhonda
Very unprofessional. I checked my son in. One customer was finishing up. There were only two stylists there. One of them sitting and doing nothing, the other one had a dye job in the process. So the customer leaves and the one with the dye job goes over to the sink with the other one and they continue to wash her hair not even saying anything to me. Then one of them curses while my son is sitting right there and doesn teven apologize. We still sat there and they said nothing to me like we will be right with you. I ended up walking out and told them that they acted unprofessional and not a way to treat a customer. If you want to dye your hair do it after hours. I am surprised the owner would let this happen. Never go back again ended up going to sports clips and will continue to give them the service.
My previous hairdresser retired, so this was my first time here. Candace was terrific, knew just how to cut my hair the way I like it. Highly recommend!
If you want someone to completely not listen to what you want and cut your hair however they feel like is best. Go to great clips
