Dena and crew pulled off the near impossible! As beautiful as my wife is from sun up to lights out, she doesn't always FEEL that way. My wife FELT aesthetically beautiful on her wedding day! And boy can I attest to Dena and crew's work! Everyone they worked on that had an extra spring in their step because of the work they did! And you can't put a price on that feeling! Great haircut and environment. I’ve been getting my haircut by Dana for years and she and the rest of the team there have been great; professional, friendly and personable. Would certainly recommend.

Would never go back here ever again. I rarely complain and never ever post reviews online, but this time I felt that a review was necessary.nI went yesterday for the first time to have my hair colored for my wedding next week (I never get my hair colored, so I don’t know much about it), but I mentioned that I wanted some highlights in my hair but to first have the base of my hair recolored to match because I have some gray hairs. Jess did my hair and she told me confidently that I didn’t need to dye my whole head, just one section where a lot of grays were so I took her word for it. She didn’t match a swatch of color to my natural hair color or anything- just went in the back to mix blindly. I get home and look at my hair and I find that the section she dyed over the grays was brassy/orange-toned and didn’t match the rest of my hair at all!nnThis morning I called to see if I could come in to have them fix it, and I brought the extension I would be wearing for the wedding so that Jess could match the color to the extension. She told me to come in at 10:30 and have it fixed. Again when I got there she just went in the back to mix colors again without matching the hair piece. She re-dyed the small section and then put a darker toner over my whole head. A different girl washed my hair and then Jess told me she didn’t even have time to dry my hair but I was welcome to use one of their blow dryers .....nnI left the salon with my hair sopping wet. I didn’t want to have to go back to get my hair fixed when I have a million wedding things that still need to be done, and they couldn’t even give me the time to dry my hair for me??nThe color is still horrible, but I will never go back to Salon O. Thanks for giving me more stress and ruining my hair for my wedding day.
