Eric is the absolute best instructor! He always has new music, a new routine and the best dance moves! The studio itself is so cute and clean. Highly recommend!

The instructors are friendly and fun, and the studio is clean and well-appointed. Most importantly, Tandem's classes provide a fantastic workout. In just three months I have dropped two dress sizes. Highly recommend!
If you haven't taken a spin class here its a MUST. This cycling studio is a great, clean, well equipped facility. The instructors are very well skilled and you get a great workout! Never dull, never boring but always challenging and FUN. I look forward to each class. The website is so easy to navigate to sign up for classes. I left my workout today feeling great and looking forward to the next one.
