Knockout Fitness

I've been going to Knockout for the last few years and have nothing but positive things to say about their gym. Whether you want to learn about Muay Thai or grappling ( Brazilian Jiu Jitsu ) they have you covered. Other gyms charge you for each program separately, this gym everything is covered. This is legitimately the best martial arts deals in Brick. You can learn everything that you need and actually grapple or spar if you want to check your technique live at any time.nnI forgot to mention the instructors are all awesome and friendly. If you want to have a good time and want to get fit this is the place to be.nnGood for all ages. They have kids classes, adult classes. I'm not sure of age ranges but it's probably from 9 - 90 years old. Everyone has a good time and gets in better shape, no matter the age.

Love the variety of times to train Muay Thai. 7 AM class is Awesome with hands on instruction with a couple of instructors present. Cant wait to get back & train! Thanks Coach for all you do!

Love this place? Because I trust the people who run it. I have a son who has Special Needs who trains here.....and to them? He doesn't have special needs.....He is just Special.

Such a Great Place. Excellent classes and instruction, Jim and Linda are phenomenal teachers. Jim instructs the kids classes and is awesome, my son loves it! I personally love the Muay Thai classes not only because the classes are great, but the members are too, there is no ego, no people with attitudes needing to prove themselves, and that is perfect for me.

If the gym by yourself is boring or your new years resolution fizzles out, try this place. They push you to be the best and have small classes so you get more hands on training. Reasonably priced as well, worth every penny IMO.
