Great for a DIY Covid staycation/build your own yoga retreat with the intro offer for a week of unlimited classes. Enjoyed a variety of sessions from vinyasa to tai chi. Lovely studio, very welcoming staff. BYO mat and props.

Had a wonderful experience with the Joyful Living Yoga Center. I was only here for a short time for a family beach vacation but took 8 classes in four days. I very much enjoyed each class. The owner, Nicky, was so kind and welcoming. I look forward to next summer's beach trip for the chance to practice here again.

I stopped in just to take a look at the studio and inquire about the classes. I was greeted by the owner with a warm smile and a hug. Little did they know how badly I needed such a warm and friendly stranger to show me kindness and acceptance. I was invited into a class that was just starting. It was called gentle stress relief and was instructed by Suzy. I suffer from fairly severe anxiety and this class was so amazing, it reduced every ounce of my anxiety and by the time I left I don't think I had a single knot left in my body. After the class Suzy asked me how I felt about my experience. And I told her the honest truth. It was amazing, and please sign me up for everything! I decided to start with one week of unlimited classes so that I could determine what my schedule will allow me to do. But I fully intend to sign up for monthly unlimited classes. When I left I called everyone I knew including my boss and told them all how great I felt and invited them all to try a class with me, on my dime. Can't wait to go to a new class tonight!!
