Always Professional! Even after losing power for 3 days they Entire staff was Polite and dedicated! What a tough industry! Thank You Pharmacy

I've been a customer at this location for several years now. Most of the time I just use the pharmacy via the drive through. Though the wait time can sometimes be a bit long, if you learn their peak hours you can avoid that. The pharmacy staff is always polite and professional. When I've had issues getting medications filled, they are very good at letting me know exactly what's going on and what I need to do to fix it with my insurance or doctor. They're also good about letting me know if one of my scripts is currently being worked on so I can wait for it if I want to.nnWhen I've been inside the store for things other than prescription filling, the staff has been pleasant and helpful if I couldn't find what I needed. They have a nice array of snacks which I often can't find anywhere else. They've got a pretty decent frozen/refrigerated section, too. My favorite area to peruse is their seasonal aisles and not just when they're on sale. I also like that they have a movie rental kiosk on site so I can stop and get something to watch if I'm bored.nnIf not for the occasional out of stock issues I get on a couple of my medications, I would be giving them 5 stars.

I’ve been using this Walgreens on 88 for years. Ashly in Pharmacy is the best. This location is always clean, everyone is friendly and service is excellent and efficient. Highly recommend.

This pharmacy is horrible. They refused to fill my prescription - stating “We are not filling prescriptions for new patients of this doctor,” - and then tried giving me back my RX. I explained that I am not a new patient; that I use Walgreens for all of my prescriptions. I asked the pharm tech to look up my name and DOB once more (he told me the pharmacist already looked & couldn’t find me in the system). He walked back toward the pharmacist, never looking at the computer, and then came back to the drive through window stating “yeah, we’re still not going to fill it.” TERRIBLE customer service, I was absolutely shocked at the way I was treated and how they made me feel. Don’t use this pharmacy - they’re unprofessional and rude.

I have been a customer here for several years. I have always been pleased with the pharmacy and the service they provide. Ashly, the Pharmacist Manager is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She has always gone above and beyond to accommodate our needs. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
