Quick service. Good overall. I was the guinea pig for the newbies a few times too many for my liking, but maybe that is unavoidable.

I've only had 1 bad experience here and it was from someone filling in from another location. I went back 1 week later to get my haircut fixed and got the best customer service. Other than that, I've always had a great haircut and customer service.

So I brought my two boys(11 & 13) in for a trim this morning before my wedding. They looked up the account and got the notes from previous visits. I explained twice they wanted something different, basically just a trim. My 11 year old got what he asked for and it looks great. My 13 year old not so much. He had been growing his hair out on top for 6 months. He told the gal twice, in front of me, he just wanted the sides trimmed and the top just a tiny bit of a trim. He sits down and she starts his cut. All is going well trimming up the sides. I look out the window and look back and she starts buzzing the top. I though to my self, oh sh$&t! Then, maybe he changed his mind. After he was done I talked with him. He explained he told her several times just the sides please. He was so upset he went to the truck fighting back tears. So now he is being 13 and doesn’t even want to be in the wedding because of his haircut. Mistakes happen, I get it. It’s the fact of being told several times what he would like and not listening and just going off the past notes. Not a great experience for him, and now it’s rolling down hill for me. I would advise folks to quadruple check and make sure the stylists know what style cut they want, but that didn’t work for him.

I want to say they are doing a great job with the covid19. My first time back I expected to wait a while but I got in after a 5min wait. I checked in online and made sure there wasn't a long wait.
