Great location. Teachers are wonderful.

Worst studio ever. Tiny Tiny Tiny and unhelpful teachers. They rush you out of class if there is another one to follow. Nowhere to chat if you want to after or before class. I signed up over the phone for auto payments when I canceled they would not give my money back even though I hadn't even been there that month. Very unprofessional and only a few classes a day. Pretty shoddy teachers too. Dont go here. Go to a more professional studio.

I have been here twice and both times have left completely relieved of built up tensions and pains. I so appreciate Ali for sharing her healing with very little explanation needed. Every area of tension, and pressure was completely relieved including areas that have not felt relief in a long time. My first time visiting Elk Rock was with Carly and she too provides a quality healing experience. She also helped me with teaching me valuable stretches healing that I can do on my own to relieve pain and promote flexibility. The prices here are affordable for the quality you receive & so far everyone I’ve met is consistently well skilled. It’s an added bonus that they are in a convenient location and have a peaceful environment surrounding them. Looking forward to more visits here and excited to try their yoga classes.

I love love LOVE my local yoga studio! I've been to several yoga studios in the SE Portland area, but the best one by far is the one right in my neighborhood! Elk Rock is the most inclusive, friendliest studio and offers a variety of classes for all ages and abilities. No attitude, just a welcoming environment & lots of very knowledgeable instructors.

Such a warm, welcoming and peaceful place. Not only is the atmosphere peaceful and calm, but the teachers are excellent and really trustworthy. I love the challenge of Vinyasa Flow classes to the peace and meditation of Restorative Yoga. I've tried several different local studios and this is by far the best. Thank you for being so close to me. :)
