The reuban sandwich had no flavor and the steak sandwich was tough. Plus the waitress never came back to check on us

Went with my mother to celebrate a birthday and all I can say is everything left something to be desired.nn1) We had a reservation for 5, a table wasn't ready at 5 or for a while after, had to end up sitting at one of the first come first serve high topsnn2) When you charge $42 for a rib eye, you should be cooking it right. Ordered it medium rare and (insert Gordon Ramsay reference here)nn3) My mother a vegetarian ordered a wrap with no bacon and it was filled with bacon, she couldn't eat it.nnBut the worst part was our waitress Colleen. It seemed like she was never around. After bringing our entrees, she never returned to see if everything was alright. Had to ask a busser about 15 minutes later to get her to address #2/3. After my steak was brought back, she also never came back to make sure it was right that time. The only time she seemed to be quick was to get the check and flip our table.nnThe whole restaurant really gives off a boughie feeling. How can you charge that much for a 14 oz steak (that has to get cooked twice) and not even include a side + soup or salad.nnCompletely overpriced, average taste and just not an enjoyable experience. Will not come back.

Some of the best food in the area, but expect to wait for a table during peak times.nnCalled recently after trying to order online showed a 3 hour wait for takeout. They said that's how long it would take. For that I say, if that's the best you can do, I wonder how well your business is run. I won't be back.
