Amazing fresh food and great service. I get the shrimp in garlic sauce special and it's delicious!

I recently moved to the area and just tried this restaurant for the first time. I ordered steamed dumplings, my favorite. You know a quality dumpling by the thinness of the dumpling noodle, which is the outside covering. This is one of the best dumplings I have ever had! Most restaurants make the outside thick and doughy, which is not good, and I am usually disappointed when I order them. These were expertly made and delicious! Thin noodle, lots of filling, surpassed my expectations. I can't wait to go back to try something else, but of course I will get steamed dumplings too. Oh, almost forgot to mention, I ordered them thinking I would be picking them up in a few minutes. Something happened that delayed me for over an hour. I called to tell them I was still coming and when I got there I found out they made fresh ones for me, and I could tell that was true otherwise they would have stuck together. Great customer service!

I have only sat in twice in ten years but now with this pandemic I have ordered twice a week. Besides being one of the few that deliver the food was so fresh and delicious. I can’t wait to sit in there.nTheir shrimp with lobster sauce is off the charts. Delicious. They give you so much food for the combination plate, I can eat it two to three times.

We've been ordering from China Town for over 10 years. The food quality has been steadily eroding over the last few years. We ordered last night and like the last two times it was very disappointing. The spear ribs smelled horrible - like wet dog, the Lemon Chicken was tasteless, over cooked and chewy and the lemon sauce was thick like oil from the bottle with an artificial taste. $18 in the garbage can. The only thing decent was the steamed dumplings. Waited for an hour to get this dreck. Don't know what happened to this place but the food has become inedible. Three strikes. We won't be getting our food from here any longer

Of course only takeout which was good. Nice local restaurant in Whiting located in the Stop and Shop plaza.
