I’ve been going to this salon for several years. While I’ve never had a bad haircut, I have witnessed so much drama and bad behavior among the stylists. It’s behavior you might expect from youngsters, not women in their 50’ and 60’s. A few examples: two stylists (Irene and Amanda) getting into an argument over who had the next walk-in client, a stylist (Kathleen) complaining about an ELDERLY customer who showed up a little late for her appointment, the same stylist who appeared to have a meltdown because I came into the salon (that accepts walk-ins) on a Friday evening asking for a trim when there was one other client. Do these people not get paid a percentage on the services they provide? What kind of work ethic is that? You’re already in the building for another hour. Don’t you want to make some money?
Don’t even waste your time going to this salon. Poor quality of people for sure. They take appointments and then when you go there they claim no appointment is in the computer.
I asked to have only my dead ends cut off. I went in with hair halfway down my back. My hair is now above my shoulders in the front and probably 6 inches shorter in the back! I am so disappointed! I will not go back again.
The women here gossip gossip gossip..its exhausting getting your haircut and listening to all the complaints I could not get a word in from now on I'm taking out my hearing aid and why did they close early this Tuesday? Went at 815 they were closed
A lot of the time the ladies that work here are standing around and complaining or gossiping. Which I can overlook. I had a bad haircut here a while go, but I have long hair so it was not so noticeable. I just stopped getting my haircut here. I just had my eyebrows waxed and the girl waxed off the center portion of my eyebrow. Now I am wondering if they even check to make sure their employees and qualified and certified to do their jobs. I will never go back.
