The Parlor Cafe Bistro & Creamery

Dinner was really good. Highly recommend, pork chop was tender, short rib, salmon and ahi tuna dishes were all delicious. High quality dinner that I wasn't expecting at an ice cream parlor, new go to for dinner.

Roasted cauliflower is off the charts good. Steak salad had perfectly cooked steak, but was light on seasoning. Dressing was a bit underwhelming. Sushi was excellent considering it's not a Japanese restaurant, really enjoyed my roll. Service was initially quick, but got pretty slow after that. Had to ask another waitress to ping our waitress after a long wait when we were done.nnAlmost none of this matters, though, because their ice cream selection is spectacular, along with toppings and sauces.nnHeading back there for breakfast now to give them another try.

Saltys has some real good ice cream - GCS (Graham central station) is hands down the best flavor. The only issue is when I try to eat the ice cream I am given a spoon that cannot stand up to the heavenly goodness inside my bowl. Would have been 5 ⭐ufe0f if the quality of spoon matched the ice cream.

The Parlor is one of the best kept secrets in Lavallette. The The amazing food delivered through a very creative menu is one of the best dining experiences that my wife and I have had. In addition to the amazing food and creative menu along comes the amazing service. The Parlor is well worth the visit and I'm pretty sure you will come away agreeing with this review that this is a place we need to come back to again

Yumm...an incredible menu with a pre-2pm luncheon option and 5-10pm option. The wedge salad is amazing. Try it with adding steak. Loved the short ribs risotto. Servings very generous. You can easily split a main course. We will just order appetizers next time. Choices are great!nSave room for ice cream!nLoved the service. Indoor and outside service. One of my new fav places.
