Conca D'oro

This place not only has awesome pizza and delicious food but the customer service is amazing! I had ordered two pizzas for pick up and when I got about halfway home I realized I hadn’t asked them to clean the pizza cutter. I do this because my son has severe allergies to mushrooms. So when I called to ask if they had recently cut a pizza that had mushrooms on it they said yes and offered me a new pizza! When I went back to the store they already had a new pizza in the oven and refused to charge me for it even though it was my mistake. They then went on to offer me a free soda while I waited and took my other two pizzas and placed them on top of the oven so they’d stay warm! So between the fabulous food, kindness and consideration of the owner and staff I will always patronize this restaurant. I’m one very happy customer! Thank you Conca D’oro! Jeannie

Great pizza and subs. Love the garlic knots as well! Staff is always friendly and pleasant, but I cant tell if they smile because of the masks.

Their pizza is awesome but one of the workers started to talk about me and my mother on two separate times. First time i was with my boyfriend and the second time i was with my mother. It was REALLY rudenEdit: last couple times the pizza tasted Disgusting it was so bad!! I can't even something was bad, I can say that. The very last time i order was about a month ago give or take an it was ... The worse! Ive never ran to the bathroom fast enough. Until that day im taking my business somewhere else.

Horrible service. Ordered and was told 15 minutes for pick up. Waited 30 minutes before I went. When I got there order was no where ready. I told them I was leaving and they came out with a partial order and said they would deliver the rest of the order. I waited another 45 minutes before it was ready then when I got home it was not what I ordered. Poor management and horrible service. I have many friends in the Lacey PD and will advise them to stay away from this hell hole of a business.

Ordered from this place last week for the first time and was pleased enough to order from again . When our delivery came today, all the cheese and toppings were slid off the pizza . We tried to put the toppings back on and eat it , but it was a huge mess. When Slice called the restaurant to explain our disappointment , Conca D’Oro told them there is nothing they can do because we ate some of it already .That’s $20 wasted .
