Took my 3 year old son Rocco to get a haircut from Matt for the first time.. my son isn't fond of haircuts and everyone in the place was well aware.. Called and made an appointment for 5:30, come in a few minutes early and am told to wait outside. Mind you its 32 degrees out, so I go wait in my car out front. 45 minutes goes by and nothing, so I leave. I called an hour or so later asking what happened, so they apologized and offered a free haircut, which was very kind and courteous, so I scheduled it for the same time the next day. THE SAME THING HAPPENED... didnt even bother to call because I was just so done at that point. Dont waste your time
I've never gotten a bad haircut from this place. They even managed to fix the horrible haircut that I got after going to another place. The workers are always friendly. Whenever I need a haircut I go here.
We took our 2 toddlers today and Danielle was awesome! She was so patient and kind with them. She also made sure we were happy with their cuts. We will definitely be back!
Great barber shop. The barbers take their time and make sure you are pleased with the results. Most are active in asking questions and making sure they understand what you want. As for which barber is best for you, you kind of need to just pick one and try. People tend to stick with on barber but your first few times pick a few different barbers to try them out. Most barbers are friendly, outgoing and respectful. Ive have been going for a little over 1 year and have always been satisfied with the haircut I received.
