The confidence, discipline and self control taught in this school has been completely life changing. The masters (Art and Melissa) are the best role model for our son and also for us. In a world that is loosing its sense of respect for self and for others, this gym is an absolute blessing. The lessons learned & fitness achieved are priceless.nnMy heart breaks for them in knowing all they have faced with the long closure and new rules and regulations. However, as always, they have risen to the occasion and excel in all that they teach and do here.nnHighly highly highly recommend !

My son and daughter have been going to AHMA for years! We love Master Art and Master Melissa! They run a tight ship...filled with respect, commitment, dedication, morals, and good-old fashion family values. They have always been fair, reasonable, and completely forthcoming in all their interactions both with students and parents. Their policies are well-established and clearly defined. Kids and parents know what to expect from the all of the instructors and the office staff. There are no secrets. Additionally, thoughtout the entire COVID nightmare, Master Art and Master Melissa have bent over backwards to continue training/education using virtual instruction. I cannot praise them enough for modifying and adjusting to keep the students engaged and learning! There have been bumps along the way, but everything has been immediately addressed and rectified with a simple phone calls and open communication . Well done guys! We love you!

Have been coming for 7 months and have lost 20 pounds have become more focused , more confident , motivated and love the one on one training and attention you receive. Love the family atmosphere from the second you enter the door and there is good vibes and you always feel like you are getting the best of you to be seen. Master Melissa and all the the helpers in class have been absolutely wonderful with my 4 year old. They teach valuable life lessons and make class fun while still keeping structure to class!!nnMy daughter looks forward to class and even at 4 years old talks about how she wants to be like “the big kid teachers” when she grows up!
