Boulevard Clams

We usually drive right past Boulevard Clams because they don’t have a restaurant but this year given the pandemic, we gave curbside pickup a try and were immediately sold. I got the lobster roll which was fantastic and they give such large portions! The roll was so good that we went back the next two nights after. Other members of my group got the shrimp and scallops scampi and the crab cake sandwich which were both tasty but by the third night, we all got lobster rolls. We will definitely be going back!

Im not sure if I ordered the wrong thing, but I was disappointed with my food. The calamari breading was falling off and soggy underneath. The same thing for my po-boy with the poor breading and sog factor. We also ordered the lobster bisque which had so much flour added to it it was like a paste. Not creamy, delicious and lobstery like it normally is on the island. Not sure if it was a bad batch.nnI stay in surf city all summer long and really really want to like this place. I wonder if I got them on a bad day given all the other rave reviews they get.

This place started my love of clams...never liked clam strips before here. And garlic butter N wine stuffed into blue claws ...gawd how yummy. Nice staff good quick food even in covid times. Oh and don't forget to try lobster bisque.

Fantastic pasta and lump crab meat and delicious lobster rolls. Prompt and easy pickup.

Wonderful seafood, so fresh. A long time favorite.
