This is a great school. Started both of my kids(5 and 7) here a few months ago. Since then they have both shown improved focus and discipline at home and school. The instructors are great and patient with the kids making sure they understand how to train safely. Liam(owner) is great at making the classes fun from start to finish. Which in my opinion is the most important part for kids starting any sport. I started going to classes a couple of weeks ago to get back in shape. The adult classes have been great and everyone I've interacted with have been nothing but helpful.

I have been going to Stafford Mixed Martial arts for 5 years started when I was 50 years old. The school instructors are caring and very experienced in there field and all the training I receive is on point. Never thought at 50 years old I would compete in BJJ tournaments let alone win some! The friendships I have gained from there are awesome! They are family now so I have lots of brothers and sisters now and it’s growing it’s a great place to go and forget about life stresses for an hour or so !!!! Highly recommend for any age!!! I walked into Stafford Mixed Martial Arts over 7 years ago. I was a middle aged mother of two with no martial arts experience beyond some random kickboxing classes offered at the local gym. In time my entire family has become a part of this school. Throughout my time at the school, I watched people learn they are so much better than they let themselves to believe. Everyone at the school is like a family and some wonderful, supportive friendships have been made (we experienced weddings, birthdays, engagements, graduations, and other life moments together). If you want to get healthier, better your skill, improve your confidence, do something different, or learn to protect yourself- this is the best place you learn.

It’s hard to believe my oldest boys have been going here for 5+ years now and my youngest has finally started on the mat. We love this school, the instructors and the friends we’ve made here. The instructors are skillful, patient, motivating and caring. The knowledge and love of the sport is evident in each and every class!
