We had a great experience!. Sam did a fantastic job and so did the finance and business office. They were courteous, respectful willing to work together to make sure that we had the payment plan that we needed. My Ford escape titanium level is absolutely fantastic! I love it! By a car there!
Super clean facility with a very friendly staff. My oil change and total vehicle inspection was completed timely. I really appreciate the later hours to accommodate my working schedule!
My husband and I went to Causeway Ford and Lincoln with little hope of finding vehicles we wanted AND at a fair price. We both walked away the next day with vehicles we love and had the smoothest experience with the sales/finance teams. Causeway was very pleasant to deal with. Mike Baker was a very attentive sales rep. Listened to what our needs were and at no moment did we feel pressured into anything. They were straight forward with pricing with no run around. Will do business with them again.
