I had a check engine light on my car come up. Barlow was the local dealer. I called and they told me to bring the car in. I dealt with Allyson in service and she was friendly, knowledge and a pleasure to deal with. She followed up promptly after the car was repaired. The was one of the better service experiences I have had. Definitely considering purchasing my next vehicle there!
Everyone at Barlow is so friendly and welcoming. While I was waiting for my salesman Jamie I had three salesman come up to me and ask me if I needed anything. The dealership ran like a well oiled machine. Once I picked out what I wanted with Jamie, they picked up the truck from another dealership. I came in and all the financial paperwork was ready for me to sign. It was quick and painless. Jamie and the rest of the team sincerely cares about their customers and puts the time into ensuring that they are all happy.
Had my truck brought into dealership on a tow truck. It was looked at and I was called back within the hour. Was told problem, they had the parts and was ready for pickup in afternoonnVery good experience! Service department front end department was the best !
If I could give zero stars I would ! Made an appointment with service center for issues with my GMC Acadia , I had it I checked by another mechanic who found issues . I was advised to bring to gmc to have them look it over due to it being under warranty . I had an 8am appointment finally by 3pm I called they couldn’t give me any answer said it may be a couple hours more. I went to the place to wait only to be told when I got there nothing was wrong with my vehicle the “master” tech looked it over . Well took to pep boys as as instructed by my car place I bought the vehicle form for another opinion and yup something wrong with my transmission ! I would not trust these people with a little tikes car ! And the girl at the front desk was rude and nasty and treated me like I was crazy because her master tech is a master ! Go somewhere else for quality work !!!
Found the new vehicle we wanted online, called the Barlow, agreed on a price and asked then to hold the vehicle for 3 business days so we could transfer some money to pay for it. They wanted a deposit, but refused to accept a credit card or debit card. They sold the vehicle two days later......We found the exact same vehicle at another dealer, who held the vehicle for us without a deposit and bought it there for $1K less than Barlow offered. Will NEVER go back!
