Extremely rude gas pump attendant. He was distracted on the phone when I pulled up and even walked to me while glued to his phone. I was in a hurry so I decided to pump myself, I have never had an issue with a pump attendant but this one threatened to turn the pump off on me and said I was lucky I was already pumping otherwise he would.nnIf he wasn't so distracted by his phone I would have been fine with him taking over pumping but he was hostile and aggressive. This was at about 4:00am so there wasn't anyone else at the station besides the attendant inside the gas station.nnHe even tried to stare me down before he was able to think of any sort of insult and he came out threatening me, very unprofessional and I hope he receives a write up.

I didn't want to bring my son inside because he was born with only 1 ear and it's very difficult to keep a mask on him. Even though he's 10 and legally allowed to stay home alone, I too was REFUSED SERVICE by an older male attendant because I wouldn't bring my son into the station to pay. This guy needs to be fired and Chevron needs to start accepting ALL forms of debit/credit/cash at the pump so we don't have to go in. Too bad ZERO STARS isn't an option!!!

Extremely rude woman raising her voice about “full service” for diesel. Maybe educate your employees on the proper way to speak to a customer. You just lost my business.

Clackamas Chevron requires you to bring in ALL children under 18 inside to pay at the register, and expose them unnecessarily to Covid, even if they're older kids and teens on a 60 degree night where they'd be safer in a car in direct eyesight of parent!!

After 23 straight days getting my morning walk for coffee. The manager him self watched three different employees charge me for my refill at two different prices. Nothing was ever said till I asked him to do something about it he said that is the price at $1.59 for my refill and he would be telling the rest 2 more that he personally heard charge me $1.n49. At Chevron in Alaska I only get charged $.99 for the same exact cup. They do have a cup their for sale that holds 52 oz. Refill at $.99!! my cup 32oz. Refill at $1.59 now two employees will get in trouble after I said something to manager himself
