I've been working out seriously for 7+ years, this is by far the best workout I've ever gotten. The people are friendly, the music is good, and while it might seem intimidating for new comers - it's a completely low pressure, beginner-friendly environment.nnOn top of all that, I had a small problem with my membership. While most businesses wouldn't care about little issues, the owner personally hopped on the phone with me at night (after business hours) to take care of it. High character people who have more than earned 5 stars from me. Try out a class, you'll be glad you did.

I started at CKO with the 1-month unlimited Groupon membership and didn't think twice about signing up for the year-long membership. I've been taking about 3 classes a week for 5 months now. It's REALLY hard when you first start but the instructors are great at pushing you within reason. I feel stronger and healthier, my resting heart rate has gone down, and I can push myself hard for the full hour now. Jair's classes are my absolute favorite; it ruins my week if I have to miss them. I never liked working out, but CKO has made it the highlight of my week.

The workouts are outstanding and change with each instructor. Everyone who works there is so friendly and helps to make sure you’re on track to achieve your fitness goals.
