My mom got a car from here. She was thinking her vehicle was safe and good to go. Sadly they miss informed her that the transmission was in bad condition before selling the vehicle to her. So the whole time she was paying a decent amount of money for a vehicle that was worth 30% less than the cost: keep in mind that transmission cost 1,000 - 2,800 for a decent one. So if the vehicle was 6,000 with a bad transmission. The car worth goes down to 3,000 because of labor and parts to fix this issue.

Horrible experience with this dealership. I bought a truck with them and brought it to their mechanic to get it checked out for rust on the frame. He said it was fine. Two weeks pass and my mechanic tells me the frame is beyond repair, most likely flood damage and bought from a cheap auction. I asked for money back and they refused. Currently pursing them for damages. AVOID at all costs! They will rip you off and scam you to keep money. Terrible vehicles, even worse people.

This place was amazing!!! People there were very friendly and the salesman was honest and down to earth! We weren’t rushed or pushed around like a typical dealership!! Definitely recommend

We made arrangements to purchase a vehicle, our bank was sent the purchase agreement and the loan was processed. We called on Saturday afternoon to make sure that everything was still good for us to drive up from Virginia over the weekend and pick the car up on Monday morning when they first opened. We were told that it was and that it had been set aside. We drive up on Sunday, and were at the dealership first thing Monday morning, only to find out that the vehicle was sold and we were not informed. They knew that we were coming from Virginia but could not be bothered to inform us that they were backing out of the agreement. The salesperson made it sound like we hadn't done due diligence, saying that the other buyer had called before coming (even though we had not only obtained a sales agreement, but HAD called on the last day they were open prior to our driving up). Then the owner proceeded to lecture us like we were children buying our first car, instead of established business people only a few years his junior and very familiar with the car buying process (my mother worked in the industry for a reputable dealership). He does not believe that written agreements and cashiers checks mean anything. Definitely buyer beware.
