I have been a Be Fit NJ member for over two years now and I am so happy here. I have made so many friends and Cheryl is a fantastic trainer. Even during this difficult time during the COVID19 Pandemic she is putting on wonderful online classes. Thank you so much for all you do!

I give BeFit N.J. FIVE gigantic Stars. This place is great! Never the same work out, very friendly people, FANTASTIC instructors, a great stress reliever. I started September 2018 now five months later I am down 28lbs and feeling great, thanks to the nutrition advice and amazing workouts. I joined the 6 week challenge when I first started and it was a great jump start to a healthier me!

I was visiting my family from out of town and wanted to keep up with my workout routine but didn't want to go to Retro (no longer have a membership). I purchased a few classes and gave this studio a shot and loved it. Not only is Cheryl (owner) friendly but so are the other people who go to this studio. The classes are challenging even for those who workout regularly. Awesome!

A great place where everyone gets a great workout and a wonder place for building Friendships. No egos here. I highly recommend!!!
