Great service they cover the seats before getting in. There's no waiting room so do your shopping whilst waiting. My car takes nitrogen and it was $12 to top off 3 and purge one. You have to make a appointment but that gets you in and out pretty quicklynThe guys were very nice and respectful

I ordered my preferred snow tires online from costco.com and had them shipped to the store. Once they arrived I was able to schedule an installation appointment online. Once I arrived for my appointment, Scott provided me with top notch customer service.

Excellent customer service! I'm so impressed and thankful for the employees at the tire center. I had a screw in my new tire. (we just purchased them here) The wait was 2+ hours to be seen. Rather than make me wait, Charlie took a few minutes to inspect the screw and see if I needed a fix. I didn't. He saved me $$ and more importantly time. I'm so thankful! I'll always get my tires here.

Set up an appointment for tire installation and was told that it should take about one hour. After two hours of waiting my car hadn’t been touched and I went in for an update. They told me that they didn’t know where the tires were and that they had no idea how much longer it would be. Ended up being three hours of waiting for nothing to be done. I collected my tires and had them installed at the Tigard location instead. They also didn’t offer a refund for the installation package I had paid for when I purchased the tires.
