Honest, friendly, quality work, knowledgeable, non-sexist - What more could you ask for!nI had just purchased a 2012 Honda CRV that I had another mechanic do a pre-purchase inspection for only to find out after buying the car that it shook like crazy when accelerating over 60mph! I was so upset, especially sine the Honda dealership said that it would cost $2500! I took it back to the mechanic who did the pre-purchase inspection, and they said it was another issue entirely and would cost $1000. Now, I don't mind paying to fix something, as long as we know that that money will solve the issue. But having two different issues brought up, I felt lost. I took the car then to Same Day Auto Service, and wow. They not only found the problem and explained why it was this problem (the front axles), but were very honest about different fixes that could be done and which one they would even choose if it was their family car. Chris, I believe his name was, was extremely helpful and explained everything without being condescending (I'm a woman, so get this a lot at mechanics). Best of all, instead of $2500 for new axles, it only cost less than $600 including the diagnostics! I couldn't be happier with this transaction! They have a customer for life now!

My grandfather always brought his cars to Same Day, since the time I was 7 I remember hanging out in the waiting room while the oil in the car got changed. The team members are kind, flexible, reliable and get the job done quick and at a good price! I've been to other auto repair shops, and the service was NOTHING compared to that of Same Day. My grandpa only trusted Same Day with his cars, and now that I am an adult, I understand and will only bring my cars to Same Day Auto! Best customer service, most reliable and trusted mechanics, best prices, best auto service in Oregon!

Can not say enough good things about Same Day. The staff is amazing, friendly and really outgoing!! The lobby is clean and inviting. Very aware of the social distancing and keeping everything clean. Even chocolate is available!! Mechanics were knowledgeable and the work was at a great price. I have read one bad review and I don't think they really gave Same Day a chance. Great place to keep your car running great! Take your car here, you won't regret it.

We have used this business on multiple occasions with multiple vehicles and have been absolutely overwhelmed with the level of honesty and integrity that we have experienced when dealing with Chris. The level of customer service that we have encountered at Same Day Auto Service is unlike that which we had come to expect from auto repair shops. Chris has worked with us to help us find the most cost effective way to maintain our vehicles and has never tried to sell us on anything that we haven't needed. They provide top-notch service at very reasonable prices.

Same Day Auto has been my go to for automotive service needs for years. Recommended by a couple of friends, I now also recommend them all the time. They are honest, helpful, professional, friendly and at times have gone out of their way to help out when I had an emergency one night. The shop was closed, it was about 8pm, but I reached out to their emergency number and they walked me through how to have a tow truck drop off my car and how to get one of their loaner cars until they could get a look at it. Someone even came down to the garage to make sure I got what I needed. Really good, knowledgeable people.
