Bill's BBQ Shack

Decided to order takeout with the family after reading the reviews online. I had to call 3 times to get an answer when I did the staff member was polite and welcoming. The friendliness of staff is the only reason I didn’t leave a 1 Star. I walked in to complete confusion I could hear people but saw no one. The place was desolate aside from the phone ringing (no one to answer) and the sounds of people somewhere. I explored the place and finally caught someone walking down a back hallway. We paid 84 bucks for 5 people to eat and tipped 10 bucks. When we got home the food looked good until we started to eat. The buns were petrified cardboard, the burger was burnt, corn on the cob was cold, and there were no pickles which was promised. The Mac and cheese was a level under store brand easy Mac. We all felt like the all the non fried items were microwaved leftovers. The star of the meal were the fried green bean fries. Place looks nice inside I hope they can improve the food quality. If improvements are made we would definitely try it again down the road.

Stopped in this place on a whim. Great place. Food was excellent. Great service. Highly recommended.

Food was good, but very small portions. Pulled pork sandwich didn't even fill a small hamburger bun. Probably enough for a single slider. Still hungry
