I've been coming in here for the last 29 months. I have noticed that my service has been slowly getting slower and slower. My order is the same every Saturday Blue Berry scone, Lemon Loaf, Grande Latte and Mocha 14.40. Today was the epitome of the last three weeks. I order then they sit my latte out and I wait while the nice lady who came in and ordered from the counter just like me gets her order. Today however when I got back with my order my wife's Mocha was only 3/4 of the way full. So from now on can you Human Bean, Dutch Brothers, Black Stone, I can anything but Starbucks.
