Chipotle Mexican Grill

Wife and I ordered two entrees through the app. I make the pick up time for 5:30pm. My wife came at that time and they reported that they just recieved the order. She waited fifteen minutes and eventually got the food. When she got home, we realized the order was incorrect. I drove back and asked for the food to be remade. The girl behind the counter was nice enough and she did this right away. Came back home and realized that my wife's order did not have guacamole which we paid for. The plates did not have stickers with the ingredients that we ordered so I was unable to check if it was correct. We were too frustrated and tired to go back again.

Ordered online 15-20 mins in advance so I can grab and go. I came at the exact pick up time and I waited 10 mins at the window and got ask my name asked 3 times by multiple people. I would of went inside and ordered if I knew that it would’ve been a lot quicker. Got home and the rice was hard, we paid for double meat and got barely ANY on our bowls. Extremely disappointed and will not be coming back.

I had no problems, they gave me my order once I pulled up to the window. Everything was delicious and correct with portions. I will be coming back!

I arrived at the drive thru around 2:28 to pick up an order that’s ready at 2:30. I finally get my order at 3:15, and to top it all off they didn’t even fill up my fountain soda. It was 4 ice cubes and maybe a 1/4 cup. Bubbakoos is right next door, go there I’m sure they know what customer service is.

ordered three tacos and chips with queso through doordash. my tacos arrived as three flour tortillas with everything i ordered thrown on top. im not sure how i was supposed to even try to eat them as a taco. they also did not put the sour cream i requested and definitely did not include the extra portion of sofritas that i PAID for. definitely will not be ordering from here again anytime soon and will be advising anyone i know to do the same.
