Stafford Diner

Five stars go to our wonderful server Joanne!!! So nice, so attentive, so good at her job. My husband's sandwich was yum. Sorry but the nachos need work and to have their preparation revisited by the chef. Not appetizing looking at all. Please get better chips & plating please! Thank you Joanne!! 5 stars are all for you!!

Mediocre diner food. Uninspired. There are places trying better to elevate the same fare. Service was friendly but uneven. (Nov. 2020 Update - Apparently I forgot my own poor review. Went there again last night. Sorry I went. I've never had a worse Moussaka in my life. A dish you expect to be good at a NJ diner.)

The staff here are always super pleasant and the have a pretty extensive menu. They are very willing to accommodate special requests and substitutions also. There's a nice courtyard outside for al fresco dining which is nice in the warmer months. We've had breakfast, lunch, and dinner here and are never disappointed.

Lunch specials always include 1 salad with protein as a choice. Bowl of soup included. Reasonably priced. Today I had blackened shrimp and scallops on a Caesar salad. GREAT DEAL ! Wait staff always remembers regular customers and make you feel at home. Small town feel inside despite typical diner look outside.

Very Average Diner Food. Desserts are good, meals are always a gamble. Went here 3 times and the meal was good 1/3 of those times, and I ordered the same meal every time. Consistency is bad and I won't be coming back that often just for a sandwich from now on maybe.
