Nick's Pizza And Pasta

Pizza is good. I Love their sandwiches and wraps. Nick is very personable and likes to get to knows his customers. Perfect neighborhood pizzeria!

Wow. All I can say is WOW. This place failed to mention they did not sell garlic knots? It’s a pizza place, how run down does your business have to be to not sell garlic knots? Other than that, Nick is very, very nasty when corrected, given constructive criticism or asked questions. I am 17 years old, and am keen enough to know that this is a poorly run restaurant, and terrible customer service.

We gave them a 2nd chance, they never put the toppings on last time & I asked to “cook it light please” we received a plain pie over done. I called the last time & the woman couldn’t speak english. After 3 attempts to say Tracy,( it sounded like spanish), she said to hold on and I heard her ask for someone to come to phone. I hung up, that pizza is NOT worth it! No flavor!

Just picked up pizza and they weren’t wearing masks. Guy making the pizza didn’t have one on at all and the woman didn’t wear hers to cover her nose. Already paid and didn’t want to make a scene but it made me super uncomfortable and won’t go there anymore. This pizza was for my disabled in-laws with cancer. Kinda screwed over and will have to pick up new food to make sure they don’t *literaly* die.nnDo better.

Nick’s is complete garbage. Their “customer service” is terrible. I ordered calamari and didn’t receive it. This is the second time I’ve ordered from Nick’s and didn’t receive what I ordered. The person who I spoke to when I called was rude and condescending and unaccommodating. Don’t ever order from this rat hole!!!
