Papa John's Pizza

Worst delivery service ever I order two large pizza waited more than hour then I open the door the delivery guy left the pizza on the porch floor on top of each other and the top box was open missing half the crust the squirrels probably ate it or the delivery guy took a bite of it. I called the store the manager was like we’ll refund your money he did not even bother to apologize or offer to send me a new pizza I guess they were to busy would never buy it from there. Do not order any food from there God know what the drivers do to your food.

Counter service was friendly, unfortunately that doesn't make up for a lousy pizza. I normally don't order from fast food type pizza joints, but I received a coupon in the mail and figured what the heck, I'll give them a shot. Ordered a thin crust, half sausage. There wasn't a good amount of sausage, but it had decent flavor. The crust on the other hand, had that grocery store frozen pizza cardboard like texture. Sauce was bland. Like most of these type pizza places, a large looks more like a small pie.

The worst customer service! I ordered extra large, they gave me large pizza for that price. Besides, I walked in for my pickup on time. The guy in checkout asked me to wait, then he walks out saying other guy will serve. Then the other guy was talking on the phone for 10 mins. I was waiting patiently hoping that he will check me out. But no, once he is done talking he started pretending that I don't exist and kept pretending to do some other sh*. It was very bad experience! Then I called loud and poor lady who was preparing pizzas came and checked me out , while this punk a* a* hole kept pretending!

Employees aren't the most pleasant. I got lectured on why I need to wait when I showed up at the time my pizza was supposed to be ready. Pizza was fine.
