We waited 25 minutes in line. Could have went to a diner for that long of a wait. Food was ok

ONLY THE DRIVE THRU WAS OPENnBUT TOOK A LONG TIME TO GET FOODnBUT FISH SANDWICH WAS GREAT

45 minute wait twice in two weeks, so I'm sure this is happening all the time. First time the lady was so sweet I couldn't be frustrated. She said there were only two people working. This time might have been the same but the girl was acting like it was our fault as customers. These people really need to hire more employees. It there weren't so few places offering non-meat alternatives I would not be going there at all.

Worst location! If you go when its dark they NEVER turn the outside lights on so it ALWAYS appears closed. When you have your order taken its an average 10 to 15 minutes in the line (no exaggeration). The employees are always on their phones and less than personable when interacting with the customers. I do not understand how I can wait 15 minutes in like with 1 car at the window and STILL GET COLD FOODud83eudd26‍♀ufe0fud83eudd26‍♀ufe0fud83eudd26‍♀ufe0f

Once arriving at the order stand, I was informed that any order would take 10+ minutes because of staffing levels. I'm not quite sure why a fast food place would have so few staff scheduled during a dinner rush that they'd ever be so short staffed to have food take so long.
