William Hanna, one of the Edge trainers, is SO knowledgeable and passionate about his job. He made me feel comfortable about opening up about my goals. Will made sure to answer all of my questions in detail and assured me he’d be there for me during and after I achieved my fitness goals. I’m looking forward to my future sessions with him!nThe gym itself is beautiful, well laid out, and they are doing a great job keeping it clean. Not once have I reached for something to clean down equipment and supplies been empty.nHighly recommended!!

I’ve been a Edge Fitness member since 2019 never had a problem or late payment. Now I cancel my membership and you have to send an email to cancel okay no problem! This is the slap they will still charge you another month dues and classes after your beautiful email. The explanation they give you makes no sense. If you are telling them I cancel my membership why are you still charging me for another month and classes?!

Deleted my original nice review.nTrying to cancel this membership is worse than all of 2020 combined.nAfter pulling teeth to get our membership cancelled. We noticed that we were still being charged since 02/2020. They decided to cancel one on the plan& not the other. They tell us my fiancé’s account isn’t active but mine is... then someone else says both are... it’s a revolving door of bs.nSuggestion: just don’t sign up.

They started charging my account even though the kids club never opened, and my membership was frozen. Literally can’t use the gym cuz the kids club is closed. Won’t give refund. To cancel the membership, they told me I have to make 3 phone calls, send multiple emails, and jump through another 25 hoops. Ridiculous. Doug the manager refuses to listen and was plain rude. Still waiting on that $150 refund.
