My experience at Premium Auto Outlet was a 10 out of 10. I live in Southern California and I was looking online for a clean used reliable car with low miles. I contacted 4 other dealerships before finding this place on Car Gurus. The staff were honest and polite. No hidden fees. No bait-and-switch. No games. Premium auto outlets is hands down the beat place to purchase a vehicle. You are not treated as a customer but more like family when you come. This family owned business holds a very high standard for pleasing and satisfying their customers. When I was on the market looking for a specific vehicle I gave the owner Dan a call and told him exactly what I wanted. Not only was he able to find my 2011 BMW 750LI for a killer price he even took the further step to find me a hell of a warranty for it that covered everything bumper to bumper.
