Dunkin'

The owner is beyond rude. Repeatedly will tell you while you wait that you didn't pay for your order. The first time it happened I thought it was just an error. Than it happened again. The cashier time him I paid. Than he was rude to his employees for confirming that I paid. Than the same scenario repeated the next time I went and than I realized it's a normal thing at this location. It's very humiliating when you are waiting for your order and the owner is telling you in front of all customer that apparently you didn't pay. This time though one airport employee got involved and told him that you do this to everyone, so cut it out. I left feeling like a fool for even going here again.

Slow service. Sandwich tasted old and coffee was like water. Disappointed in Dunkin'...

I ordered the Beyond breakfast sandwich with no egg and cheese and they, without me asking, added two sausage patties in place of the egg and cheese. This never ever happens when trying to order vegan foods! I was so happy. The sandwich was ready in about one minute. The woman handing out orders was also so nice.

Got a toasted bagel and cream cheese it was somehow disgusting. Usually love Dunkin, didn't know that was possible to mess up.

I was there yesterday morning. I orderd an iced latte with almond milk. I forgot to say almond milk initially so I said it after I asked for my sandwich. I assumed the cashier would need to remove my latte and re-add it with the almond milk request, but she just added almond milk as if it was a separate item. She then told the guy making the drinks that I wanted almond milk in my latte. I assumed that this meant I would get almond milk, however, I am lactose intolerant and have been sick for 2 days straight, so I believe I did not get almond milk.
