Staff was great but chase bank is the most worthless bank I have ever had the displeasure of working with or against most of the time. They assume everyone is out to rip them off and put a 10 day hold on your money for just about everything even cash deposits at the ATM. I would give them negative 5 stars but can't seem to find that option on Google reviews
These guys are great! The staff is top notch!
Customer service representative looked at me and said she was helping another client then walked off to lunch. Other rep was with a client open ING Bank account. Clerk said he would then be going to lunch and would not be avail for hour and half. Considering a new bank
