Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

I celebrated my nomination this evening in this fine place. happy to tell that we enjoyed a terrific evening and the venue was no doubt one of the reasons for that outstanding event. The waiters collaborated in a graceful way, the cuisine was extremely good and my guests were so cheerful. We shall absolutely come back again for more joyful events. Thank you very much.

The girls that work there are always friendly and polite. It’s the clientele that can be rough at times. There are times where every one in front of you can ask for free samples and then not end up buying anything and just walking away. I wish they could put a limit on how many samples you can ask for. Or make a separate line for those who have no clue and just want a sample. This way the paying customers can get in and get out. Regardless, tonight I found out that they have a “pup cup” as well! This makes my dogs walk to Rita’s with me just THAT much better! ud83dudc3eud83dudc36ud83dudc3e

Rita's is very good and today 9/27 they close for the season. Rita's has real fruit flavors for their water ice, with pieces of cherry, lemon etc. They have soft serve ice milk on the menu too.

I'd be embarrassed to own a place like this. Although the workers have a decent attitude (especially considering what they must deal with on a daily basis), i do wish they would wear gloves. I've seen but one employee in all my trips to this location wear gloves. The exterior is deteriorating and i cant imagine the inside is doing much better. Parking lot is a disaster. Surprised this place remains open.
