Tara takes pride in her work, second to none when it comes to styling and atmosphere. I saved the best for last:. Strands gives you the ambiance of upscale salon, however, pricing is extremely reasonable. Lovely place to make a day out of, you will feel pampered.

My favorite !!!! The best in city beautiful decor staff is amazing .
Tara gave me a great cut! I had been putting off getting a cut because I didn't want to lose any length and she really cleaned it up and gave me a wonderful shape. So happy to find a professional salon in South Philly!
