I called the Corporate office because I had just purchased a 2017 Pathfinder and experienced some issues within the first 4 months after purchasing. I needed a new fan assembly and during this time, paying what it costed was not in my budget. Chapman Nissan really came through with helping me financially cover the cost that was needed to repair my vehicle. Frank my service manager was just excellent and was also very patient with me. I’ll be back next month for inspection and tires!!! These guys were awesome and I recommend anyone to shop with Chapman.

I recently purchased a used vehicle and it came with a money-back warranty. I wanted to get it checked by a certified mechanic. So I brought my new-to-me Nissan to Chapman. I scheduled the service for the first time slot in the morning. I was immediately greeted by Frank D'Amico. I told Frank what I needed done. He recommended that I get the basic service done since I was in the middle of two recommended service points. I reviewed the Carfax report and did not find conclusive evidence of the previous service being done, so I opted to do that service instead as it was more thorough. Frank explained clearly what was included and also addressed my concerns about CVT and the transmission oil change. I chose to wait for the service to be done. They had really good internet in the waiting area, and plenty of other amenities, I was masked and so weere other customers (and all staff). I worked on my email and got the car back in 2.5 hours, just 30 minutes more than the initial estimate. Everything was handled very well. The good reviews are well-earned.

I went in to get my car serviced because it wasn't driving well. The customer service person named Joe helped me with every step of the way. It turned out my transmission went. Luckily I was covered under warranty. They said it would take probably 3 to 4 days to get done, but I got a call to pick up my car the next day! The mechanic johnny worked on my car very fast. He is amazing and also good looking. I'm very pleased. ud83dude0b

I loved every part of my experience, except for the heavy set Asian guy in service who couldn’t find my appointment for an emissions test and thought it was okay to tell me, the friend who scheduled for me is a liar because he didn’t see my name anywhere. I felt disrespected and taken aback. Not only was I confused, I was offended upon arriving at a business where I expected to be treated well based on my friends recommendation. Justin took care of me and communicated very well with me to ensure I left happy.

UPDATE 11/2020 : so two years after purchasing a 2015 Nissan Pathfinder to replace my 2001 Pathfinder, the transmission failed. I was quite distraught, angry, and vowed to myself I would never get a Nissan again.nI called the Nissan dealership up and of course my warranty was expired but they did a Goodwill replacement and did a 90/10 split so a $5,000 transmission replacement cost me $500 out of pocket. Their professional staff also did it full look over on my car and recommended new rear brakes, a new battery, and flushing the brake system as well as a new bearing on my front driver side wheel. This was all needed and I also agreed with them that those items needed fixing. The turnaround time was three days and my car runs like new. I don't know what happened at Nissan or if there was a change in management but I'm very happy with their service, their professionalism, and their desire to help their customers. If they keep this level of service up I will probably still buy another Nissan when the time comesnn2018:nI'm most disappointed with the Nissan this last time trying to get my car fixed. I had the transmission changed to a brand new transmission almost 4 years ago and with less than 20,000 miles the transmission went out and I was told I needed a new transmission that was going to cost me almost $3,000 that was a rebuilt transmission with some ridiculous 45 thousand miles or so on it already and they going to give me a 90 day warranty this is after spending over $6,000 only two months ago to have the car serviced I'm right now in the process of trying to look for a new car - $6,000 that could have been put in towards the new car but I paid thinking that I could keep my original car at least another year or two. I don't feel that Nissan even tried to get me a new transmission for this car and just outright said they don't build them anymore well there has to be a surplus somewhere. Because I like a Nissan I will be getting another Nissan and upgrading my pathfinder but I'm thinking twice about coming back to Chapman Nissan for service
