I just had a Total Loss on another vehicle and I was recommended by a friend to give them a try. I let them know right away I’m working on recovering my credit and wanted a car in good condition that I could use to get to and from work as well as to drive to Jersey which I frequent to visit family. The sales representative Abdullah was very professional and diligent in satisfying all my needs pertaining to what I wanted in my automobile. The experience was easier than many people other dealerships I’ve been to he was transparent with my options and got me to a good car. I love my new car!

Incredible experience. Carlos was not only, the consummate professional, but also friendly, thoughtful, compelling, and investigated my wants and needs effectively. I also want to thank the GM Steve G for his assistance in making our transaction as seamless as possible. Top notch organization I've already referred two people. Definitely take your business here. So let me start off by saying that I do love my new car which is why I gave the place two stars. But I was not happy with the customer service.nnfirst off I felt really pressured to buy a warranty and gap policy for the car after repeatedly telling them no, agreed at one point and then soon after told them no thinking about it it doesn’t make sense please take it off- he assured me it was removed and then an hour later when I was called in for the paperwork saw it was still on there and had to wait while they reprinted everything. Felt sneaky.nnThat was annoying but at least taken care of then; worst part of it was - I understand it’s a no haggle price but there was a dent and scratch on the drivers side that was not on the vehicle at the time the videos and pictures were posted on the site- meaning at the time you priced the vehicle it did not have that damage. I asked for a discount for atleast enough to get it fixed and they said they couldn’t do that but assured me they would buff and pull the dent there that night. I clarified it would be done today? He said yes, so I went through with the purchase. Then an hour or two later he told me they couldn’t find the dent puller anywhere. Excuse me? You’re a service shop and you can’t find the dent puller? And he said I would have to come back but I live in north Brunswick that is an hour and a half away, so I don’t know when I could spend 4-5 hours of my time let alone gas money and mileage on the new car to get a dent pulled. Ridiculous.nnI do really like my new car but the customer service could have been better and they could have offered me money to get the dent pulled when they couldn’t find it. That’s their own fault, not mine.

I drove 2 hours to get there as they had the perfect van for my family at fair price. They sent me a credit app to do remotely which would speed up the process. Filled it out with no issues. I arrived and they confirmed the vehicle I was wanting to see and had me and my son wait. Almost half an hour goes by the guy finally comes back with the car ready for me to check it out. We walk over and I open the back hatch and I am hit with a wave of smoke. I walk around to the driver side door and as I enter the smoke odor is so bad I can't even stay in the car. I explain that I need a van for my two young boys and our 3 week old baby and I can't put them in a van that reeks of smoke. The gentleman explains that he can have the van bombed and that should take car of the odor, however I would need to come back tomorrow as it takes some time. Dude, I just drove 2 hours to get here, now I'm going to drive 2 hours home and you want me to do this again tomorrow to come smell your car? I can't do that... They did not offer to look for another car, or explore other options. Disappointed to say the least...
