The procedure is ridiculous. Lots of hidden charges and other documents needed for release.
This is where you go when something goes wrong. In my case my car passed out late at night in Philadelphia and my only choice was to leave it and try and sort it out the next day (because the towing company I called did not show up after repeatedly saying they would). Anyway, given the circumstances, the employees were pleasant and sympathetic. Still had to pay, of course.nnAnd maybe the people who complain are a teeny bit in need of an attitude adjustment and had a bad experience because they behave in such a way as to confirm that they do indeed have a capacious rectum.
