I am giving 5 starts mainly because of my sales consultant Lexi. She’s new to Chapman but extremely professional and helpful. I leased my car from here 3 years ago and visited Chapman often for service. Lexi has hands down provided the best experience out off all the times I’ve been there! An amazing sales consultant makes a would of difference when your spending your hard earned money on such an important purchase! Request Lexi you won’t regret it!
We purchased a preowned vehicle from this dealership and the experience was great! There was no heckling back and forth over the price as we knew what we wanted and did the research beforehand. After months of looking for a used car for my company, Chapman finally helped us make it happen! The staff were all so great to work with! Had an amazing experience purchasing a Silverado today! Dan, Bob, and Allie were all so great, worked well together, and patiently worked with us for about 2 weeks while we took our time to make a decision ... no pressure at all and constant contact to answer all of our questions. Had a very good experience buying a car here last week. I went in knowing what I was looking to spend and my salesperson, Lexi was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time helping me choose the right car. She followed up with me multiple times and was thoughtful enough to write a thank you note when I picked up my car as well as a phone call from herself and the sales manager days after.
