I love this FBO

Front desk people are helpfull, but could be nicer..compared to Atlantic Aviation in Teterboro or Boca Raton and the 2 or 3 people that sit down in front of the door that gives access to the ramp are super super rude...I gave them several HI's or HELLO's and I never heard one back from those security people..we are dealing with premium customers that pay 5 or 6 thousand dollars an hour to fly their family or co workers and we can't have guys like that that won't even say hi or learned how to greet a person.
