Lenny's Shoe & Leather Repair

I went to Lenny's to have a shoe repaired. Sandy was amazing, although she thought she may not be able to fix my shoe, she not only fixed it, she actually did it on the spot and did not even charge me! She definitely has my business moving forward and my recommendation to everyone! I have already been tellingnpeople all day about her kindness. I have never met a business person like this before. She was sweet, funny and just a genuinely nice person. Thank you Sandy I will be back!

Sandy [Owner_Operator] was courteous and engaging. She maintained professionalism but was still personable. Well versed at her craft and quality workmanship which is lacking in many professions today in a world of planned obsolescence and disposable things. She brings new life to leather goods so that they may continue to be of use or be repurposed. Reasonable rates and timely work.

Stopped by to get holes punched in new belts and was extremely happy with the service I received! Not only did she take care of the belts right away, she did a perfect job on both of them. Ran into my Aunt & Uncle while there and never felt like we needed to further along our conversation so she could go about her work. Happy to help out the small businesses in town! A+

I don't know. I sent them a text to see if they could repair my work boots and I didn't receive any reply. The jury is still out, we'll see.
