John sold my dad a Kia Sorento and said the air conditioning only needed a recharge and my dad trusted him. He sold dad the car with a 3-month warranty on the compressor, but he refused to fix the faulty compressor and avoided my dad's calls and text messages. Our summer trip was ruined because we didn't have any air conditioning on the way. He set a bad example for business owners.
There's absolutely NO PRESSURE tho buy a car. The gentleman ( John ) was so polite and helpful , as well and knowledgeable!!! Wouldn't go anywhere else!!!
i cannot talk highly enough about this dealership they saved me two times. I was trying to save money and bought a cheap car on craigslist and BOTH time check engine came on next day, nothing you can do about it once you buy it. John gave me a far trade in both times. On useless unreliable unsellable vehicles. And help me and my girlfriend get out of a terrible situation. They gauranntee pass inspection on all vehicles they even helped me cover part of a repair a few weeks after i bought my 04 pontiac from them! Customer service is unbelievable family owned no cororate rules truely good people here john is the man and he has a eye for quality reliable cars and will always work with you and your situation. Purchased a 02 Ford Focus in 2014 ~ I put over $4K in repairs and only put 8 K miles on the car ~nget it inspected by a reputable service mechanic before you purchase.
