Worst experience of my life. This place is filled with liars and con-men. I bought two cars for 10 k. It's been a fight from the start and neither vehicle made it 10 months. They were constant money puts from the start. And the wonton additude of these employees should be illegal. They almost mock and laugh at you once they get your money. The same person will give four different names on the phone. And I truly wish pain and everlasting hell on all of their existence

This my answered prayer! Not only did I get the car of my dreams but they matched the color, make, and model!! They have been sufficient and fair!! My car has been absolutely reliable and they did everything they could to keep me happy!!

Best Car Shopping Experience EVER!!!!nnI had a very pleasant experience at East Coast Auto Outlet. I was greeted by 2 salesman named, Shane and Pauly when I first walked onto the lot. They made me feel very comfortable as we walked around looking at all the available cars. They were very knowledgeable about the inventory there; they didn’t make me feel rushed or like I was just another sale. They took the time to listen to what I was looking for and answered all the questions that I had. After a few hours, I did purchase a car within my budget that had great mileage, and was super clean inside and out and I love it!!!! So far it has proven to be a very reliable and dependable car and I am more than satisfied with it. I highly recommend anyone to go and check this place out you won’t be disappointed and I’ll be making sure I tell all my family and friends to go to East Coast Auto Outlet. Thank you so much!!!!

I'm not going to say anything bad about my experience. But after a few weeks to a month.I had had it. I gave the car back today. And, I just walked away. ud83dude44ud83dude28ud83eudd2fud83dude22?????No Disrespect. I'm very disappointed.

This is a nightmare. Horrible business. Horrible attitudes. Mixed messages. No internal communication. Worst car buying experience of my life, and this is the 4th car I have bought over 17 years. The car is insured, but undriveable without tags, and now I have to pay to ride the bus again.nnI bought my car on a Saturday in May. I walked in with cash, but willing to buy or finance. I was told by Richard Gellman to come back in 30 days for my tags, and they would work with me for paying off the tax, tags, and registration. I paid the $1,000 cash and left with a car.nnI came back on the 28th day, four Saturdays later. There are no tags, and they will not work with me to pay off the tax & tags. Gregg said I should have called. I called Monday to talk to someone about all the confusion, and they said I should have stopped in. I said I did stop in, and he told me not to shoot the messenger.
