Ginos Pizza Store

Delivery took well over an hr. Pizza was at least warm. Fries were cold. Cheese steak was really messy and wet. Fell apart along with the dry steak meat. The burger nearly made me cry. Cold. Dry and the bun was wet for some reason. The side salad and Oreo cake was good.

Absolute worst pizza I have ever had. Absolutely atrocious. Words can’t describe how bad this was. One bite and it was tossed away. Never had a pizza that was this bad. Never even thought to myself before tonight ‘wow this is a horrific pizza and the cook should be executed for crimes against humanity/pizza’. Please if you like pizza don’t ruin the whole food by eating from this place.

I ordered a meat lover's and chicken cheese steak sub. The picture shows what is supposed to come on the sub. Then you can also add (which means to include with something else) more items. I only added mayo to mean inclusive of what already comes on it. I called the store to tell them my sandwich had nothing on it. Their response was you only asked for mayo... no i asked to have mayo added to a sub. I received a plain and i mean plain chicken cheese steak. It's been three years since i ordered from them because of wrong orders and 2.5 hour delivery time wait. My pizza was great actually hot this time but this, they didn't even try to correct the mistake. I didn't ask for another sub. . The 2 stars is because of the response i heard a man in the back say when the young lady told me i only ordered mayo... if i wanted a plain i would have wrote plain nothing on sandwich but cheese in the instructions..... follow instructions leave the sandwich the way it is and add what the instructions say

This place stole my bank card info when I used it to purchase food over the phone. This place needs to be federally investigated. Also, I’ve had better food at school cafeterias ud83eudd22. Avoid this place AT ALL COSTS
