Solstice is not just a gym, it's an amazing community filled with caring and knowledgeable coaches as well as fun, friendly members. Their methods and programs are extremely effective. If you follow the program, you WILL gain muscle and skill. After one class, I instantly loved Crossfit and never looked back. I would strongly suggest trying it out!

The perfect gym to for me and my family. The kids are supported and coached extremely well in CF kids and the culture is very positive and uplifitng. Great location and layout.
