Excellent customer service! Our sales rep Josh was great. Shawn was super helpful with the paperwork. We also were greeted by the manager Tom who was very personable and asked us how are experience was. You can tell the staff works as a great team. Everyone communicated well from start to finish and made the process of purchasing our trailer quick and efficient.nnThe service team was also wonderful with our walkthrough and addressing minor fixes.nnHighly recommend this location!

My husband and I regularly shop at camping world. The staff are always very helpful. We currently own a travel trailer and wanted to inquire about upgrading to a fifth wheel. Robin S was our sales associate. She was extremely knowledgeable about the units that she showed us. She was very helpful with answering all of our questions about all of the models that we toured. We are not ready to buy quite yet but when we are we will return to this location.

We had an amazing experience! Would HIGHLY recommend Camping World of Bridgeport. Our sales person was Josh and he was very knowledgeable, organized, and made our purchase a seamless one. We were able to schedule an appt ahead of time so that we were in and out to preview the unit we were interested in. Melanie went out of her way to make sure that we were buttoned up and satisfied with everything before we pulled out with our travel trailer. And the Davin was excellent at walking us through every feature of our trailer so that we were comfortable with how to operate everything and that made a world of difference. We are very happy customers!!!

Despite my gut and what everyone I spoke to telling me NOT to service my camper at Camping World, I did and what a mess.nMy appointment was on Monday Nov 16th for warranty work, one of which was the front hydraulic jack leaking. When I went to pickup my camper, I had NO power to raise the jacks once hooked up to the truck. When I approached the services representative, Robert Nichols, he stated that he would send the tech who worked on the camper to take look. As I approached my camper which was sitting in front of the maintenance bays, I noticed the tech adding hydraulic fluid to the tank. She apologized as she stated she forgot to add the fluid. I stated I have no power to raise the jacks even connected to the truck. She connected the rig to shore power and I was able to raise the jacks. Rob stated my batteries where completely drained at which I stated not possible as I have been plugged in at the camp site since purchasing the camper in March, and then it was powered by the truck when I towed it. Rob insisted they had it connected to shore power the entire time they where working on the camper.nWhen I arrived home, I was unable to level my camper as again, no power to the jacks. I then proceeded inside the coach and noticed my refrigerator was not working, even connected to shore power. I had to unplug it and connect it to a outlet behind the coach, Now mind you, part of the warranty work was the inventory, which Camping World claimed they fixed. That was not the case as I had no power to the outlet behind the refrigerator. I connected Rob and told him that I could not level my rig, my refrigerator was not working and that he needed to correct the problem and sent a tech out. He told me to call Ken's RV Mobile repair to fix the problem. Completely disrespected. Today, while Ken's RV Mobile Repair was fixing Campers Worlds mess, I noticed hydraulic fluid all over my propane tank. The same jack that they claimed they replaced was still leaking from the same place, but this time now from the hose. I have already contacted Heartland and advised them of the poor quality of work as well as filed a complaint with the BBB. Next will be the Attorney General of New Jersey.

Camping World of Bridgeport is hands down one of the greats RV parts and service locations in the nation. Service Advisor Rob Nichols consistently provides professional and superior quality customer service. At the same time Mr. Nichols is personable, ensuring the customer is well informed and service is completed in a timely manner. As a military veteran I was more than pleased with my experience and the support extended by the entire staff. Five stars!
