My first impressions of this storage facility were delight over how clean and courteous the place and service was! Manager Elora and Assistant Manager Fred work hard to keep the place looking new and respectable. The prices are easy to work into my budget and their merchandising and contact-free check in works brilliantly. They earned 5 stars.

Elora needs a raise. Their professionalism is unbelievable. She was more than helpful, just phenomenal. She has great product knowledge. No problems, only solutions. She kicks butt. I've had many public storage situations but I've never had such a pleasant experience. Thank you and have a great day

Our experience with Tigard 26410 was exceptional. From our first day years ago to rent a space, David, welcomed us and gave us wonderful explanation of policies and personally showed us the unit and assisted in filling out paperwork. Yesterday when we went to office to inform them we were vacating, Fred, (It was Elora’ day off) told us we notified them in time to vacate by end of month and as a man from Tennessee is a gentleman.

Good location - friendly! We rented a unit at this location for many years. They were always friendly and professional. Clean and well-maintained.

Very great service from Fred...was running a little late and he helped me anyways although they were due to close... very nice of him!!! I would recommend this place to anyone...thanks Fred
